We really like the location. The pool, hot tub and steam made us satisfied for our stay. Specifically I had kid and also my friend’s family that I booked together with us. Thank you for the 11pm in the Pool. If I will go back to Calgary I will come back again to stay there.😊

The location was great. I was a bit disappointed when arrived to find out the restaurant wasn’t open which was a bit of an inconvenience.

No breakfast but ok location. I am good I appreciate staff to care for a gusts. I needed longer time to pick up my things and I got that but needed to pay $25 for that extension . I could appreciate, if I could NOT need to pay extra for NOT checkout ON time. I understand all circumstances but sometimes flexibility could be appreciated and a key to better business. I got that treatment from different company hotels - chain.

After finding out our initial reservation at a different location was somehow cancelled, we quickly booked a room here and showed up 20 minutes later. So many issues plagued our trip this time including my driver’s license didn’t show up before I left. (My only form of current photo ID.) We arrived at the front desk just before 9pm, tired, cranky, and hungry. Front desk staff were phenomenal!!! They let me use my Costco card as photo of after presenting the credit card used for booking, they kept the pool open an extra half hour so my 4 and 5 year old could burn off some of their pent up energy, and they brought our door dash order to us so we didn’t have to come back down. Rooms were clean, location was super convenient for the final leg of our journey, and the beds were SO comfy! Plus the rate ended up being less for the cancelled motel with no pool!

Comfortable beds, friendly staff and a great approach to problem solving. Upon arrival I was placed in a room that smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke, but I was changed to another room without concern. While I unfortunately had an A/C unit that did not turn on, the maintenance staff were both friendly and went to the extent of changing the entire unit. Their conduct while doing so was exceptional, and the room was then comfy and ideal for a one night stay around the airport.

Amazing stay at Divya Sutra Hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel is clean, neat, and located in a convenient area close to the airport and local restaurants. I really enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi and pool. What made it extra special for me was that it’s right beside Akram Jomaa Mosque, which is very important to me. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful environment!

I asked and was given a room for mobility issues. The extra bench and no lip in the shower was wonderful. The only difficult thing was trying to keep the water from flowing out onto the floor in the bathroom.

Close location, good clean rooms. Looks like they did renovations and have new flooring (removed carpet put in laminate). Big comfy beds, functioning tv and coffee maker, toiletries. Had a late check in and the staff are very helpful and allowed us a slightly later checkout. Team of cleaners going through the rooms in the morning, well maintained and getting some updates. Love the restaurant located by the front desk

Our stay cost me less than I expected, which was a pleasant & welcomed discovery for our budget. The room was clean & comfortable. We really appreciated the AC!
